Indulge in a five-course menu featuring luxurious dishes like a Hamachi & Tuna Crudo Duo, Black Truffle Agnolotti with white truffle butter, and Westholme Wagyu Beef Wellington, all expertly paired with exceptional wines from Burgundy and Napa Valley, including JCB Brut Rosé and Raymond Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. Cap off the night with Michael Mina’s Banana Tarte Tatin and an exclusive after party with Boisset. $300 per ticket (plus tax & tip).
