Celebrate Chef Michael Mina's journey with "Cooking From My Roots," a new tasting menu at Bourbon Steak inspired by his Egyptian heritage and cookbook, My Egypt: Cooking From My Roots. Delight in unique flavors like the Hawaij-spiced NY Strip with Egyptian pepper sauce, phyllo-crusted sole with dukkah-spiced beurre blanc, and Basque brûléed cheesecake. Introducing Parkside Prix Fixe, a new menu offering designed to give you a taste of Bourbon Steak while still having you in and out the door in a New York minute. Our chefs have carefully crafted this menu to create the ultimate way to enjoy Bourbon Steak. Whether you’re dining with us before a show or looking for the perfect after-work dining experience, the Parkside Prix Fixe features a selection of four starters to share, choice of main course, and three sides for the table for $75 per person.
